I just stick Winamp and random and listen to what I get :) Don't get much repetition with 3.5 GB of mp3s, so I can't really give you a "usually" ;)

Usually a good mix between very fast black metal and atmospheric music, like Era, Gregorian Chant, Various Classical masterpieces (Requiem - Mozart #1)

gives the rvr feeling a brutal and "Insane phsyco with classical music in the background while slaughtering masses of people with a dull spoon" if you get the picture ;)

But that was then, now I stopped playing untill SI gets out, I can't risk getting bored and totally quit the game ;)

Hmm... stuff... used to be KoRn etc.
But since I haven't played for ages, don't know really.

When SI comes out I don't have any RAM to spare for Winamp.

varies alot for me. sometimes i can have a dark theme with my dying bride, paradise lost, seigmen etc. other times it can be a more speedy rocky mix of millencollin, rage against the machine, queens of the stone age, lost prophets. alot of different stuff :)

I have to say the latest "popular" Eminem song Lose Yourself is quite catchy in clubs, if you observe the dance floors when it begins to play.
Oh well...
Heavy music is the best for RvR and lighter for questing and such.
