RvR Interruptbot Theurg Templates?

I've just templated my baby theurg (3L3) with a 'starter' RvR template. I'll post it here when I get home from work. I'm not 100% happy with it though, so I thought I'd ask if anyone here has a good one.

Needed Stuff

40%+ Powerpool
10% Range
10% Cast Speed
101 Dex
Solid Resists
Tarts/CW, CTR, JS, Zo

Nice Stuff

101 Int
+ Spell Damage
Shapechange

Stuff I Have Available

Choker of the Zephyr
Immolated Ring
Ring of the Torrent
Ebon Hide Bracer
GoV/CS/MS/CW/CoZ/EC/Sash/CTR/Snatcher/Zo'arkat

I think my current template has 100dex/int, 30%+ powerpool, 10%range/speed, 8%damage, GoV/MS/Coz/EC/Zo/CW with Elemental/Melee resists all 21%+. I'll post it here tonight.

Would really like to get CTR in as well
