RvR in Odins Gate

How about we give it a try this weekend?

Instead of the usual boring slog to emain, let's give Odins a shot. It'll make a nice change of scenery and should help to revitalise the drudgery that normal RvR is becoming. Quite a number of people have shown an interest already, so let's try to put some numbers in there.

Who knows - it might even be *gasp* fun!

Would be cool in Odins althought the snow hurts my eyes.

I'll bring my snowboard so i got something to do waiting for the mids to arrive. It's a long ride/walk for them to the border keep + Odins.

You obviously need to learn your frontier better, I've never gotten agrod by a high level mob in Odins... or maybe I'm a bit more careful than a speeding Skald..

I've seen some high level aggro mobs in Odin's... COMPLETELY OUT OF THE WAY! You won't bump in to any of them unless you go around with autorun & skald speed, like Madeleine does apparently.

Well RvR is Odin's was a welcome change, ran around with small force, met few albs at first then a bit of banging on Bledmeer door brought some out.

Some nice fight at keep as strangely u wouldn't coem out of it to play, even had to set up a ram on these ridiculously high level doors you had to make it more believable we were going to try and take some smelly mid keep far away from home (especialy now that DF fever cooled off, for us anyway).

Well thanks all for coming, the change in itself was welcome really.

I spent most of my fridaynight upgrading those doors...

FYI: outer door was lvl8, inner was lvl7.

Yeah, was a bit hard to get parts for rams after the relic raid Had one for the the first door and thanks to all who supplied parts for the ram on the second door =)

All in all, I had a blast last night, thanks too all who made it a great night! (yes, that of course includes the albs )
