rvr heals quick bars?

Just wondering what your bar is...
as currently when im leveling im only dumping spells on the bar as I get em
and this turns out to be quite a mess, so before I get too used to these cheesy quick bars Id like to think out a final quick bar setup that I can go for right away....

but its kindof hard to figgure out when I dont have all the spells (instants etc) so I need some help from you guys

still a bit unshure bout how to spec though,
how common are healers in rvr at endgame level 50 rvr?
how common is it to have 2 healers per rvr group?

and how valued is clerity?

Oh my god, just died laughing when I saw that because it's just soooooooooooo true. Earlier today with me shammie, handing over some armour for a lvl 10 guildee and first I get a lvl 1 viking begging and wanting 3g (which later went up to 4g when he asked someone else in Swedish/Danish (not sure which it was)) but then, not 5 minutes later, the same guy walks up and says 'buff plz'.

Now, having already said no to the 3g begging request (and no I'm not mean, people asking for any spare money to upgrade their armour/weapons usually get some made for them and cash to boot, people randomly asking for 5g etc get nothing) and being an absolute hater of the 'text' and leet English (the language not the race) people throw around these days, I'm afraid I was a bit rude to said person and told them to politely go away.

The response was classic = Nice reputation I'm going to spread around about your guild now then = he says.
I'm sorry but it was just too funny for words, but is also quite sad in the way people (children) expect to get everything on a plate at lvl 1

As for the question you actually asked I have QB1 full of buffs (baseline/spec), QB2 has solo stuff on it, so single frigg, poison, bolt, disease, plus small heal and QB3 is group/RvR bar with group frigg, 2 heal options, cure disease/poison, rez, root, disease/poison. QB4 has a couple more heals, MCL, single spec end regen/dmg add.
