RvR battlegroups?

I've not been back on Hibernia for long but there seems to be a huge lack of RvR battlegroups. OK I know we have the war map but at the moment mids and albs are spanking us rotten and nobody on hib seems to know where anyone else is

My guild isn't in one of the huge alliances, perhaps that doesn't help but surely we should be working together to get our keeps and towers back
