Running 2 SI Acc

Ok I know theres alot of talk about this, but im abit stuck atm and just wanna few quick answers

GeForce Ti4200 128
Win98 SE

I load 2 SI accounts in windowed mode at 800x600 with all details low, works fine for 20-50 secs, i can change windows fast no lag etc, then get msg saying Game has performed an illegal opperation on one acc, and they both crash.

I then have to restart comp else i get render failer msg.

Any idea what causes this, Drivers or ? , just it runs fine to start with

Have you tried updating your graphics card drivers? If not, you should, and make a habit of doing it when new official drivers come out.

I would recommend you updating to the new nVidia 52.16 drivers (www.nvidia.com) released a couple of days ago instead of using the manufacturers driverset.

last time i did that had to re install windows, somit major messed up, anyone wanna tell me what to do so it dont happen again

I only just realised you're running Win98 (why?!) so you won't be able to use the drivers I mentioned before.

You can however try installing the newest Win98 drivers though (direct clicky) instead. Just download the file, run it and follow instructions. If you mess it up, somethings wrong with either you or your system.

coz windows 98 SE ISN'T a multitasking OS afair.. and as i've read here no one was able to get 2 accs work well on one win 98 pc
Upgrade to xp, and u may have this issue solved
