Well the bad news is you are using slightly the wrong stats for Sun Ruby. I have one of these on my spiritmaster and I can confirm that the stats listed here are (currently ) correct.

Some really helpful person will also point out that you should be able to squeeze quite a bit more out of your SC. This should allow you to increase a few of your resists slightly.

If you are definitely going for those artis you apear to have all the correct things (almost) capped. However, have you considered trying to get cloudsong instead of mad scalars? You will sort out the small casting speed bonus problem and you get the resist pierce ability. Considering how expensive the mad tales scrolls are I wouldn't think cloudsong would be that much harder to get

I think it's a good template. The main stat that is missing imho is resist piercing - but that's a hard-to-get stat (passive resist piercing only comes on taldors oracle (easy to get, but tartarus is such a nice staff), jacina's sash (hard to get) and eriny's charm (very hard to get)), so I can understand that you skipped it.

As Cadelin has already said, there's some space for minor improvements on your SC though. To give you an example:

cap range....its way better then you first imagine...but its friggin hard to do it ( ive yet to have a good template or ze rm)

No passive piercing or capped range xE

Use jacina's sash for 5% more range and 5% passive piercing combined with a great charge.Maybe get cloudsong and scrap the jewel, since then you can have 5% cast speed with 5% piercing/5% range charges for groups.

It's not bad sc but if you added 10% piercing you be nuking around 100 more a nuke or so.

Thanx for all the input im gonna have a mess about with it and tune it up also thanx for the help on the armour with redoing the sc it helps a lot will post another attempt soon mite even go for jacinas sash/Cloudsong but also i think that the stats i get on CS the important ones i get with the cloak i will use and i already have Cloak of the Zephyr and dont have access to massive amounts of cash so skipping a bit where i can .
