How could it be better? It has everything you need. You can only fit 2 more cold and 1 more slash resist. 3 skill points could also do something (but being base spec 50, I doubt it would make a big difference). It has no +pow because the cost to imbue that is insane and I'd only get like 2/3 of a DD with the max amount of pow.

Edit:

And being norse I get 5% cold and 3% slash and 2% crush bonus. Basically making the best template is finding the items that allow you to imbue a feasible amount of resists, ie. you don't need to sacrifice a slot for putting a 2% cold resist gem, for example. Or having too much of some resists, like 40% cold or something. I have do this with 1 item but managed to keep it in balance by putting a lot of skill on it.

With some uber items you can build better ones with more +skill or maybe add some +pow and 1% slash and 2% cold but this template is easy to make (ok, getting MPs isnt that cheap but not that expensive either).

apart from lacking in resists, you also have no rc focus and skill for your baseline bolt and gtae.

Giant Alexandrite Ring drops from Reincarnate Orms in Vanern and can easily be farmed solo or duo, the belt is for sapphire seals.

+RC skill points isn´t really needed, the GTAOE is just weak, but are good for interupting and annoying people.... The baseline bolt is basicly just used to 1shot bluecon casters.

I've never used a bolt spell in RvR. Never ever. GTAE is simply for unstealthing assassins, it does shit damage no matter how much you put +RC points.

drops of svartalf bloodbinders in malmohus. can be easily farmed by killing the named svarts Kariig and Desukva.

In other words: a runemaster can get all of the jewelry i listed solo. duo with a healer you can get all of it in the space of one or two days. but then, the healer probably want them too. ;)

I soloed 3 Orms and got 2 Giant Alexandrite rings :D

Skrunken Ribcage is nicer, but it only drops of wows.
