Run out of ideas and patience... at a loss

As it stands, I still haven't received my Game password from goa since this mess started and still cannot play. I emailed them a couple of days ago asking how much longer it was going to take to supply me with my pw and at the same time asking them if the pw was still being sent by normal post rather than email as they announced.....and today... way after the close of business, this was their response..

'We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 48 hours since we sent you a response. Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to SOLVED.'

In short... wtf am I supposed to do now.... I have no access to the game and more importantly to my account to cancel any future payments and any previous payments...


I am seriously pissed off atm and would like to sort this out but don't seem to have the access to do so....

How the hell can this be remotely legal/right/fair.... whatever....


goa are bastards, I've done nothing wrong at all and have subscribed in 3 month blocks for about 18 months.... this is a long wait for some goa puke to to respond with this and in my opinion completely unjustifiable....

Hmm.. another of a countless GOA posts in this BW universe ;)

First of all, are you sure that you still have the original E-Mail address that you registered with (I know a lot of people that register with false e-mail addresses just to make sure they dont get spam-mails ;))

AND, if you are sure you still have the original e-mail address that you registered the game with, send a mail to "subscription@goa.com" with every detail you can possible remember about your situation..

This is completely legal but not fair, you yourself accepted these terms when clicking on the "I agree" button when installing the game and so on.. (I myself always read the Terms and CoC's of the games, never know when I might be pressing the I agree button for to allow the game companies to make a vasectomy on me with a full cavity search ;))

Oh, and the reply you got was a standard blablabla email reply, send the message to the correct address and they might read it :)

BTW: one second thing, on the cover of the original DAoC EU version of the game it says in small letters to the right bottom of the back cover "EXPLOTATION and community managment by goa.com ;)"

So he (mattygroves) can't go on subscriptoin pages and change his future payments. they havn't canceled all payments?
smart of them stealing money. you SHOULD BE ABLE to log on and cancel ur future payments whenever you want and he can't and if they didnt cancel his subscription they are unlegal imo, I mean how can they not be? they making him that he MUST pay and that was not an agreement. I'm not an lawyer or something but in my eyes its fucking unlegal to make him pay when he don't want to.
If they smart they cancel all future payments because of ppl can't log on and cancel.

I hope someone sue them for making ppls pay when they don't want to.

They havent closed it, they have closed your inquiery.

Your still able to get your game and subscription password,
I waited about 20 mins to receive mine after I contacted them.

Explained the situation regarding my original enquiery etc, and they sent me details on all 3 accounts, + 1 free month for all.

Email them back.

They do that? I e-mailed them a week ago with the same issue and still haven't got the slightest response... tried again two days ago, and haven't got a response on that one either. What can you do about things like that?
