Ruins of Atlantis - Trading Arts for Books doesn't work anymore ?

Guys, do you know of any change about trading arts for books in Artifact scholar's ?

I tried yesterday and tried today, all i get is ".. doesn't want that item".

I have all the encounters i was trying to trade arts for.

I have tried to do the same in all the Scholars in Ruins of Atlantis without any luck. I'm almost sure that i already changed arts for books in here, after 1.85 patch.

Do you guys know of any change to this ?

There was a special NPC who dealt with artifact exchanges. From what I remember, GOA posted a warning in their Friday news column ages ago that it would be removed with 1.85, although it wasn't obvious in any patch notes.

Try RightNow, although it may be too late change them now.

It is too late they did put out a warning and they said any remaining unactivated artifacts are now useless and can only be destroyed.
