drop LA to 44, drop sword to 33, increase cs and venom. :p

It's pretty much the same as my current spec, except I have 33 env for 50 modified venom and slightly less LA.

It seems to be a fairly decent spec so far.

it all depends on what styles you plan to use, if you plan on using LA styles? Then keep LA as high as possible

If you plan to use CS styles, somewhere around equal LA and CS gives the best Garrote&Achilies DPS

if your worried about PA's, one point in CS skill gives +9 to PA cap, and one point in LA gives +2<->3 to PA cap, but also to all style caps


Id go for atleast 47 moded env myself tho

should work on rr7 but is better on rr8 (if you dont want 47 env that is).

I still think you should go for the 47 envenerating, and drop some CS to get it just my opinion tho

no use going 27 +17 venom.. = 44 = not the 2nd best dot.

23 + 17 is more well spent points.

What about the Spymaster ml9 abillity.. requires 50 envenom.. isn't it worth the spec points ?

Been a long time since I played my SB but im trying to figure out how to spec and make a good template.. think it's damn hard! =)

They fixed that a while ago Koxi - Mezz Venom is level 1 now but still on a 30 minute summon timer and unless you apply it to a weapon it disappears when you log/ld etc.

Oh and yeah speccing an SB is very tough - theres soooo many diff ways but imo the Wyrd spec is the best Ive tried tho :)

Oh.. but it WAS silly that a ml abillity should depend on a certain spec.. nice it was changed =)

Hmm.. unless i apply it to a weap it disappears.. but could I apply to a weap.. wait for timer.. apply to another weap and so on.. end up with a number of diff weaps with mezz poison ready in inventory ?? =)

Totally agree - was very dumb to make a ml9 ablity that needed 50 venom so pleased they changed it too :)

Aye thats what i do - usually carry 8-10 lgm weapons with mezz venom (and other venoms ofc) on them for swap outs as needed

Nowadays its quite easy to specc a SB. You just need to have a couple of things decided before hand.

a: Do I want Frosty Gaze?
b: Do I want 37 or 47 debuff?
c: What styles do I want to use? CS or LA?

When that is decided the rest is easy

50 composite specc weapon and stealth
Enough specc for either 37 or 47 debuff
Either 39LA or enough LA to get to atleast 50 composite specc.
Rest in CS (or if decided to go SZ skip CS raise env to get to 50, get viper 3 and 50la even though CS specc is far better)

So a RR7 specc should look something like this:

33 Stealth
33 Sword
39 Left Axe
30 Envenom
40-44 Critical Strike depending on autotraining
