my bg toon is lvl 22 and rr22 whit 99% and i cant get more rp because i have to lvl first
that means RR40 is the limit ?

Ooooooh. That may explain a few things. Happy I just dinged 13 then.. Time to get RR13 too (Tomorrow ) I'm doing Level->RvR->Level->RvR, so at 40, I want to be 40.

After 30 you can go above your level, to 80 in theory (although not possible as you'd get too much xp )
