So they put these new npcs around the realm that gives out some combat and delivery tasks, the npcs are named Lieutenants and are wielding a champion bow (this is the case for albion)

There is one outside SI portal in cotswold
There is one inside Castle sauvage

I have looked around, and cant find the rest, and the one at CS wont give me tasks anymore at lvl 45, so if you know the locations, please add them here, for any realm ofcourse

and I checked patch notes, cant find anything there but the changes they make to this Royal Excursions system in 1.81.
