what was said was that the points would be removed to zero, mythic never said anything about respecing some points into the skill you removed em from.
so if you put points into sumthing by mistake, and later need some but no all of em there you whip em out, stick some back in and some where you need em most, i think its a positive move, just incase you do screw it up.
least you dont have to lvl from 1 again
