Roll of Honour broke?

DAoC site seems broke - roll of honour thingy - as is ofc Duskwave which uses same xml files - Cannot find any previous post on this - any GMs care to offer a bit of their wisdom - My lvl/rp for me and my guild is stuck at what they were at since 1.73 - please fix so I can gloat at my lazy RvR guildies
