rog plate +cap drops

what mobs drop these frequently? I know setians drop leather stuff but i'd like to know what mobs drop plate stuff (needed for meh pve build)

i found a coupld of pieces dropping from typhons mobs.. siam he's etc... haven't noticed a lot of other high level plate with funny stats one em elsewhere

The sobekites at the river in stygia drop rog plate armor, but i've never seen any with +cap on them. I believe you'd need to find mobs that are red con or higher to get +cap items? At least that is what i've found with setians. The yellow/orange mobs drop normal rog's, but the Stormlords and the Saut's tend to drop rog's with random toa bonus'.
