Rog Items... when do they start not affecting a lvl 24

What's teh highest point of a stat that it will stop affecting you in thid?

afaik 24 is the highest stat, but what's like the highest bonus to stat cap and resist?

I think you can have +2% melee/cast speed aswell? Correct me if I am wrong, but it's a rumour I've heard

Cornokz should be banned for that, and have his alb spirit removed and thrown into a pit where evil mutants can devour it and become part of the evil zerging alb thid zerg thing...

It's about 26% power pool (13% power pool + 13% cap), every stat cap of lvl24 is about half of lvl50.

Ok, was just sure that i've seen lvl 50 chars with 70%+ power pool, but really in thid ur never gonna get much more than 13+13 anyway so nvm

1) My alb spirit is gone.. I play for me and my friends only! Cba if we got all 6 relics or whatever! The whole "For Arthur" is gone and probably gone for ever

2) I NEVER zerg in thid and I never grp(ask anyone).. I try to get fair fights as I find it much more entertaining than pressing F8 and going into attack mode as so many other ppl do.. If I am having a fair fight and someone adds I usually backout of the fight unless they have been adding on me, then there's ofc no mercy!

So why don't you just stfu and crawl back into the ground Mr. Earthworm Jim?
