ROG drops with no bonus since patch?

Since patch, i've noticed that all ROG jewerly - rings, bracers, neckies, cloaks, gems, belts are dropping but with 0% as the bonus. I know sometimes you dont get a bonus, but after killing various mobs in the last couple days and getting 20+ items with no bonus, seems to be bugged to me... maybe something to do with this:


from 1.61 patch notes:

- The variance on magic bonus has been removed. All Unique Object Generator items should drop with the proper magic bonus amount for that item's material level.
- The variance on item points has been removed. All Unique Object Generator items should drop with the total proper amount of item points for the monster's level.


Anyone else noticed this? I've fired it off to RightNever aswell.

Bonus is meaningless on jewerly tho...

i thought i read somewhere it affected how quickley they degrade or sumthing?

Nope quality effects the degrade rate,i had 0% on a bracer from sauvage but again bonus isn't important on items,though quality is.
