Hopefully the next guy in charge actually gives a shit about the PC version.

They won't, I doubt that will change :p it would cost them alot to make 2 different versions of the game - one built for consoles and one built/coded for pc's, we might however see less stupid perks/killstreaks that are overpowered/bent beyond belief tho. It'd be nice to go back to a harder styled FPS tho I can't see that happening either, to many fucking babies that have been pampered/brough up with Black Ops + MW3 due to the easy factor.

Tho taking the piss out of MMO's I thought this picture pretty much summed up the skill/gear(guns/perks) scenario in FPS atm.

Depends how well they do with it I guess, if the next CoD turns out to be another MW3 I can see alot of PC gamers turning their backs on it, if they put abit of effort into it and push it back towards MW/MW2 it'll be alot more popular (especially if they drop the shit player hosted games and allow dedicated/ranked servers)

Thing is CoD MW3 on the PC is still heavily populated MP wise nothing really suggests this will change, people who aren't playing CoD now will likely still not play CoD again but those who are still playing? You can bet your bottom dollar they will be playing the next game.

A version made for the PC only will never happen Activision will not spend the time and the money when at the moment the PC version sells just fine for them.

It's fallacy to think that his departure will actually -change- anything, he's just one cog in the machine, easily replaced.

I didnt say it would change anything :p I just said we "Might" get better games now, because he wasnt exactly a driving influence into the games being less retarded, alot of the decisions to add stuff to the game went through him so.
