Just to let you all know, the governments Road Safety Bill has run out of time. So amongst other things this means that:
Speed camera detectors will not be banned.
3 points on license for driving while on the phone will not now happen.

Interesting use of spin there on the statistics "number of road casualties is at its lowest for nearly fifty years", funny that since they rose in the last year, and have stabilised over the last 10 years (since the current anti-speed policy came in).
