Who drops it? Easy to obtain? Stats?

its the part easy to obtain im interested in....

some people tell me its common, but need to know more information , like the chances of actually getting the drop... so i can put in my sc template

stats are:

11% crush / 10% thrust / 10% slash / 2% casting speed

it drops from Chan ( ML9.8 mob ), ive killed him about 50 times now as a druid + chanter duo. Droprate is about 50%, sometimes you get nothing, sometimes it drops 3 rings at once.
It can take up to 2 hours of focuspulling if hes a high spawn, but usually it takes about 30 minutes.

edit: respawn time is between 1 second and 15 minutes

It aint hard to get. Had 2 of those (plus some more) dropped by Chan last night - and we took him down with 5 ppl (pally, necro, thurg, 2 mercs and 2 BBs). Thurg for petspam and necro for shifting power wins this

there are rings of torrent in the cms.. just go buy one. chan is a v easy mob, and respawns fast. has shitloads of hp, high af, hits hard, but is immobile. you need 1-2 theurgs 1-2 clerics fop ofc and 1-2 tanks.

just buy it off the cms tbh

erm there is only one, and its 10p, hence my concern for it being common...

Matter cabbies solo this mob, so go pester one You can also bring a perfecter cleric to speed thigns up (usually take ~7-8 min with a cleric, without it's 25-30) :touch:

MOb seems to vary in level a bit first time it took us 45 mins to bash it doesn with 5 people + 2 bots. Next few times been done in anythign from 10-40 mins.

5 kills 3 rings dropped, no way its worth the 10p its being touted for on CM

thanks, thats what i need to do, I do have a YMCA crew that is ml8-10 after tonight, so ill be hugging this mob, for the next few days, as I do believe I need 2 rings
