Ring of Heavens - Fact or fiction?

This ring is supposed to drop of Cyrek and Karise, I've had it confirmed
that it has dropped in both mid and hib. Animist that farmed karise 10 times
got two etc. For the last week or so I've farmed Karise 22 times,
and no sight of the ring. Never seen one in housing area either.
So Im basically wondering if any alb has ever seen this ring, or
is it a mid/hib drop? It's getting kinda frustrating at the moment

I'm pretty sure I've seen this ring on market explorer. But cant say 100%.

Must admit ive wondered the same saw a long time ago in a merc template posted here and wanted to include it in mine but after trying to track one down was unsure about its existance.
Ofc if uve farmed it 22 times with no luck not much hope for me getting it but would be interested in whether it drops and off what
