also heat and cold resists would be nice

Have you tried searching using the ME? I'm not being rude, I just would have thought that would be the easiest way of finding a good selection of rings that fit that criteria. The search filter can easily be changed to only include +shield rings.

If no one else has answered you before i get home from work Ill try and do a search for ya, I have a character there atm.

Its a pity the seven coins quest ring is +parry not shield coz that can often fit into some templates.
