Well, holidays or not...
2 weeks waiting now and subscription soon running out...

If my problem had been of the nature that I wouldn't or couldn't play until the problem had been fixed, how would they have done then ?

I mean the RightNow thing says it's only available for current subscribers....

If my subscription runs out- do I have to pay just to be able to log in on the RightNow pages just to see that my problem is still unresolved ?!?! :puke:

I bet it will :mad:

Once I told friends to start playing and that the fees was worth it because of fast responses to problems and the quality of the game etc...

Now I can't honestly tell people to start play this game anymore and justify the price to them :(

And funny how the service is getting worse after they raised the price...:eek:

i kept getting responses in 30 mins - 1 hour when i played.

Mine (being stuck in the ground) was resolved within 24 hours. And thats probably becuase I didn't come online for 18 of them (overnight and work)

Latest question to right now, gone 7 days without reply now.

i cant even login in rightnow with my active daoc account for a year now ,and ive sent several requests to fix it and they reply some bs like enter ur game login/password ,like i dont know what to enter there..

as to rn, i'd send in the questiong again, if its taken that long it probably didn't send in the first place (though i've never actually used it)

you seem to have a lot of chars, what is this problem that has forced you into not a wont/cant situation ?


if its something like I droped an item in the lake and cant find it, or I specced my chars wrong.

Or is it ... im stuck with char A though to Z in this hole in the wall.

Or is it ... the grafix is all fucked up.

Or ... this guy is driving me nutes and I can tplay when he bugs me, please ban him ??

Asked a question this last thursday, still havent gotten a reply, but usually they are quite fast - almost had a chatsession with one of the employees there last time i needed help :p

i had this one too, and i was told how to fix it, apparently you cant use the same email address for 2 accounts, once i changed email address on my second account, RightNow immideately worked

In my case it really isn't a gamestopping thing, but I wanted to point out the possibility of having a problem that prevents you from play, and in the same having the subscription run out...

My problem actually is a rather small problem, one quest stuck in a position and they just need to move the quest one step back to get it working... Had exact the same problem before, and they fixed it ASAP at that time - before they rasied the tariffs mind you ;)

I mean, the quests ( part of "The content") is/should be a keypart of what we're paying for. In this particular case it's my GF who can't enjoy the satisfaction of her savage getting her epic weapon... ;)

Sure I have already bought her crafted and better weapons, but it takes away some of the fun for her to not be able to recieve and acheive things on her own ingame...

And besides, what use is it if they fix the quest in say 2 weeks ??
Then she won't have any use of the epic weapons at all if she keeps leveling it :m00:

Well yeah funny thing that they havent "fixed"

Just level her to 50 and say that due to a bugged quest she can not get her epic armour, and hope they pop it in your inventory (yeah right ... as if that will happen :p )

Nothing to do but mail them again and again ... and bug Kemor alittle, and if none of that works .... ... .. .

If you've changed your login pass once, you might need to use the first provided password :b

it just says user id not valid,and if i try to get password mailed it dont sends coz its invalid~..

Well after placing a char restoration request, i finally have my zerk back after 2 weeks, PS, i will be playing it even after the nerf because high damage wasnt my intention from the start ;)

I had a problem once, contacted RightNow and got an answer after 30 min, WOW was I surprised after all the shit you all have been saying about them..
Well their answer didnt fix it so I replied, and WOW again, I got an answer after 30 min.. and actually, I had 4 replies that day, all came by each 30 minutes, RightNow does not suck, I bet all of you are including something like "FFS answer me now or I will never play daoc and you will lose another customer!!!1" in the answer or post to them, I know I would never answer if you did..

Customer Support :

We are aware of the recent slowdown in the answer time of our Customer Support. While the stuck problems and restorations of characters are solved fast, we are currently in the process of changing the team and are training a new breed of CSRs which is causing a delay in the resolution of some quest problems and technical issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience this can cause. Everything should be back to normal soonish, time for the team to catch up.

Enough said about their support:eek:
