Anyone know how to create a rightnow account?

I have tried both my account user/pass & Subscription user/pass and it doesn't work.
I have also just entered my username into the "retrieve password" screen but it says that its unknown...

Any help would be appreicated...

hmhm it used to be that you had to use your original game password and login

even if you had changed your password, the rightnow wanted your original password - but i think they may have changed that now

only thing i can suggest is login into your account at camelot-europe and make sure you have the right email address etc...

or their info...

"Each player with an active European DaoC account also has a RightNow account with which he can ask questions to the Customer Support. The login / password for Right now are the same than the ones you use to play DaoC. Your login / password are private and you should never give them to anyone."

"For all problems related to registration or loss of passwords, you can directly use this email (subscription@goa.com).
Important ! Only registration problems and loss of passwords will be checked, all other problems sent to this email will be ignored !"


i'd say that happily classes as a registration problem as your account should come with customer support :)

I emailed them at subscription@goa.com 2 days ago and havnt heard anything back...

And i have tried logining in serval times.. just doesnt like my games username :(

I heard something along the lines, that is you change your passwords, they change for the game but not for the use of the website.

Did you change your password at some point, and have you tried the original one?

Update: After i emalied GOA stating that i couldnt login to rightnow with my user/password i recieved this email..

lol classic customer support

as silly as it sounds, but are you sure you're typing in your password CaSe SenSiTiVe?

failing that, email them again pointing out you have lost xxxdays/weeks because of this which is still unresolved...you may get credit on your account!
