I put in a question on the Rightnow customer service tool and
I haven't had a reply yet after 10 days.

In my opinion any question should be answered within 48 hours and they're just isn't any excuse for GOA's useless customer support.

Problem is how can I complain to GOA about the customer service ? I'd have to raise a RightNow request :-(

I'm interested to know if anyone can beat 10 days without a
reply from GOA.

That's what it says at the top of their support emails... if it hadn't been solved 8 days ago I expect they're assuming it to be solved...

They should probably add that after 8 days they can't be
bothered to answer any questions either

I think i can easily beat this
After buying the game for release date 1.2.02 i asked them how to switch language.
Took them 8 weeks toi tell me. I got a reply after 4 weeks that they thought the question was solved (which it wasn't) so i renewed it under the same ticket.

Actually, the only time they failed to give me a response, I found that when I checked they'd sorted out the problem already, just hadn't bothered to let me know

I have posted two RightNow requests and the first was answered ingame by kemor in less than 1 hour.

The second one was answered after two days. Wasnt that urgent question either.

So i am satisfied with what goa has doen for me.

I belive they have an order in which they solve the problems

Quests comes pretty high up in the list i think, as i have always been answered within 24hrs of posting my question
As are "stuck" requests.

A question that does not _need_ to be answered for the game to run smoothly, or that doesnt need to be answered to make it possible for me to play would be down near the bottom of the list.

Eg; a question i posted a few days ago about what is considered to be cross-teaming has still not been answered.
Either they are busy with other, more important questions, or they are eating banana's trying to figure out a reply

Just be patient, you will get answered sooner or later, i imagine they have hundreds of questions a day, that, plus work on the patch, plus maintainance, plus other stuff = hard to deal with very quickly.

I've sent in two questions and gotten answers immediately the next day and gotten good answers, seems like some people is a little unlucky when it comes to CS here

When that DoS attack stuff was going on i used rightnow to see why i was gettin the Account already logged in thingy and i got a reply realy quickly

I have also used the same thing on the Activision website (and i thought it sucked there too)

I recently asked a question and it was answered within three days, and follow-up questions were even answered the next day.
Nothing negative to tell about RightNow from my point of view

With having almost 20k of people (and increasing) playing DAoC, I can't even start imagining the truckloads of questions and appeals coming in.

Yes, some things could be quicker and yes, things can go wrong and thats surely no fun for that person in question but jeez ... chill out a bit. I just think the peeps at GOA are doing a good job here.
