Ive logged many things with RightNow, all urgent issues have been delt with within 12-24hrs, non important stuff has sometimes taken a month or two to get a reply - but they have never ignored me.

ye well they promise answer within 72 hours... so if an issue takes 1 month or 2 to solve.. thats quite crap
