In 1.62 mythic implemented the /level command if you had a level 50 on any server.
They let everyone have the level 20 command and the least populated ones got level 30. Now as there are no real 'realms' on camlann I assume its treated as one realm. So it would be very underpopulated compaired to the other servers. My question is will it be /level 20 or 30 on camlann? Thanks.

Erm.. does this mean ive got to do a rightnow request again or they are idiots and decdied to miss the reply off?

it means the call has been open for so long that its being closed automaticaly, this happens on some help desks (not the well run ones hehe)

My personal opinion, Camlan is not a realm balanced server, so there is no realm where /level 30 would apply, as apposed to prydwen where one realm is in serious need of assistance. So i firmly believe camlan will be a /level 20

Hello,

To fix this problem, check if there is already a login.dll running in the task
manager and if there is any, kill the login.dll in the task manager and start
daoc again.
If it doesn't work, you can delete the user.dat file, this sould solve the
problem. This problem only occurs when the server is full.

SI release has been said to be 23rd of feb, does this mean that patch 1.56 wont
be here until that date aswell? (thats the patch for SI).

What about the 1.53 + 1.54 patches, aswell as the spellcrafting patch.

Just to put the iceing on the cake, I sent a completely different rightnow email a day after that one, I got exactly the same responce back.

well duh - something was borked they've asked you "prod this on the RightNow thing if it's still a problem"

naturally they're gonna ask that of anything you sent around that time.

go to right now, update the question with "yes this still needs looking at" ;)

We pay the same as the US, we should get CSRs like the US.

I had the same reply as Teh Krypt. My request has been open for over a month (regarding problems with geforce FX cards).
Still haven't heard anything from them, so I emailed the US support team who got back to me within 3 hours.
Don't bother with rightnow, just contact mythic in the US instead.

I tried to contact them, but just got an email saying "please talk to GOA who handle DAOC in Europe" - even though I'd said the reason I was emailing THEM was because GOA were so fucking useless at customer service.
