Hello!

After spending about 1 hour on Right now I still havn't come to understand how to send them a question. Help me please...

you have to go into your stuff then read the stupid Faq. if i remember right it then unlocks the question tab and you can post your question. Word of warning. They take ages to answer and will sometimes make you angry.
