He's walking ans such now, he's basically fine, seems he got a bloody lucky break and the brain injury didn't seem to affect him.

Doctors said he's gonna take ~6 months to recover fully, so i'd imagine he'd be back on Top Gear quite soon, just not driving for a bit.
