Since solo is impossible to complete this quest, need some help if anyone have a space or lets start one with who want to join.

btw, I completed this quest with my ment but cant trade the necky to other chara. Everyone having same problem?

No bug. Some SI items aren't tradable between chars (makes you go and buy SI if you want the item). Albion bracer quest bracers are the same.
