Only way anyone is going to reliably get healed outside of a group in medium to large scale rvr is if Mythic allow us to target people by clicking on their name in the chat box.

The great thing about RPs for ressing is that albs will never run over a dead body again lol. Now it's a race to res rather than a race to get away from the 'mana-waste' dead body yelling for help.
