Rezzing in the frontier.

Ok why is it some people in some guilds dont accept rezz from someone outside their guild, my shaman have wasted his power on about 10 people, from about 3 guilds. But as soon as their guild healer/shaman rezz them they accept. Even seen some guild groups run right over dead mids more than once not stopping to rezz them. I thought we where a realm figthing other realm not guilds fighting other guilds.

Didnt encounter that habbit yet but I guess they are the l33t RP whores of the realm. Rather releasing than giving another guild some RPs for a rezz. :(

Hah i say to those guys.

I get around 140 rp when ressing with 100% ress spell, that's not horrible a lot of rp's

Keep defences are nice tho,can get up to 200 rp a ress :D

wow, if this is true its a real shame and represents a true
degeneration mode which is unrespectful to our realm...
 :( :(

... I can only hope these groups did not belong to any guilds which are proud members of the New Era alliance ...

a rez is a rez,and the seer is spending mana on it which he cant use to heal or whatever so worth the rp imo

Only reason I can see to not accept a rezz is if grp healer is willing to spend a Perfect Recovery outside combat.

not very likely

It comes down to knowing what type of rez you will get. There are people with only the bare minimum rez that will run around after the RPs, and some people find it better to wait for those they know will use a decent rez on them. AFAIK, and please correct me, you get the same RP regardless of the degree of rez?

I know most people try NOT to accept a friar rez if a rejuv-cleric is near.

once you get rezzed, most tanks will press FA2 anyway.
It's one of its few uses.

Dosent really matter now anyway as all the rezz spells have the same casting times..... (exept for PR)

Think i could turn down a shaman ress if i knew i would get a 100% ress (40+ mend healer). Cause of the slow mana regeneration beneath 50%. Mostly cause 6 sec pbt drains a hell lot of mana.

Don´t think it has anything about rps really.

Could we get names of the guilds practicing this?

Does the members get their orders from the gm's not to accept rez from people outside the guild, or is this a personal thing?

I think it's just an unfortunate incident.
Like azurat says, I think most people would turn down a shaman rez if they can get a 100% one.

but there could be a millions reasons why the person didn't accept the shaman res, he could just have went to the bathroom for a short while, been typing something long and when he was done the res had expired, could have been on the phone or answered the doorbell, it doesn't have to involve hate or dislike to other people or guilds.
At least I really don't hope it does, for the sake of the realm

As for seers not ressing in rvr. I always try to res dead people I come by. And if I don't there's always a good reason for it. It's never because I dislike you or don't want to waste power on resses. But a seer's first priority is his group, and if the sticky person of that group is not stopping to let the seer res, you can't blame the seer for not risking his life and stop to res, while his group run on.

But remember, getting a res is not a right, be glad when you do. If you're not grouped with the seer, you can't possible blame him for your death

i allways accept rez from another guild member or an unguilded one. but i remember once in a epic fight. with alot of lag and quite many healers one healer in grp did a PR on me i lagged and another one rezzed me the same time so i accepted the rez and i got flamed for not accepting PR. i told him/her that i had alot of lag and many peeps rezzed me at same time how can i know if it is a PR or a regular rez. That was on excal tho.

Yeah.....if some1 (person) is doing this....blame the whole guild and yes plz givf names of the guilds so we can flame em on BW !!!
/sarcasm=off

Well tbh ive never seen this, personaly I accept "any" rez.....but I sure do appriciate PR or the nice mend-healer one.

The lvl40 mend-healer rez has (100%HP, 50%mana, 2,5 mins res sick)....so I can understand ppl wanting that rez instead of a shammy ghetto-rez (10% hp, 0% mana, 5 mins res sick)

I'll always try to rez when I'm in RvR. That doesn't mean I'll come half way across the zone to rez when I get a /tell, but it does mean I'll rez people I come across in my travels.

I have the 40 rez, though I don't have PR, but if you get a rez from me then please accept it :)

On the subject of RP's - I compared rez RPs with Granite at a keep defense recently. I seem to get around 75RPs for a level 50 rez and he was getting the same, so I'm not sure how the 'more RPs for a better rez' thing is working.

ive never had anymore than 75+11(or something) for a rezz in rvr, when ppl are lower than 50 i usually get 60ish or maybe even lower, depending on level.

You do get more for higher resses as far as I could tell from my shaman and healer. And the more RP someone is worth the more you get for ressing also.

Well i have the mend 40 rezz and if any caster in my RvR group accepts a shammy ghetto rezz i'll flame them in groupchat this has nothing to do with RP .Only means they can have for example PBT up and running instantly instead of waiting 1-2 minutes .

And a small tip to all seers out there all rezzes now cost the same amount of Power and take the same time to cast so please remove anything but your best rezz from your quickbar .( PR not included ofc ;p )

Kryin whatever suits the moment Bot

Just realised, when I tried different resses on my shaman and healer I used one on shammy and better one on healer..and ofc healer is higher level which would have affected how much RP she got.

If they don't want a rez, or worse yet, you're dead and you're not offered one, just remember their names and guild.

If needed, don't rez them when they need one -- but better yet, have a chat with the Guild GM and tell them their guild is on the blacklist. That usually gets people to take care of recalcitrant elements in their guild really quick.

Or you can just shrug it off and move on. Whatever you like. ;)

If you want more resses get more rp so you give them more for ressing you!
