rez sick on enemy -> no solo kill?

im wondering, i just got a solo kill on my wiz (and im rly sure it was solo ) but he had rez sick on him and i didnt get more solo kills in my /title is it because he had rez sick?

ml8 perfector can use restore the soul every 2 mins... 600rps a min seems good to me...

that coupled with inta rezz - no RS should be abit more...

not really, cure ress sick is still on a 3 minute timer and either way - why keep rules that are lame to the entire community to prevent the possible cause of a few abusers here and there?
