Rewards for 'Stranger' armour, and a new faction in the realm?

Seems my relative Galoen has the family knack for blundering into new things...

He had a kill task from a guard to kill a slave on Salisbury Plain - but when he did so, he learned that his standing with the 'Free Saracens' had declined - a new faction in the realm?

Later, at Adribard's Retreat, he met a new person there, Arion - a Realm guard, who talks with you about the 'strangers' and if you are willing offers a reward of one gold piece for each piece of 'stranger' armour you bring to him.... Combined with the words of Sergeant Byron of the southern Salisbury guard tower, it seems the powers of Albion are becoming more concerned about these strangers by the day...

free saracens has always been there, but arion is new. hes wearing all black armour right? because i saw him at abbey right after the server reboot but he didnt say anything

I was able to find the NPC ok, but I haven't been able to find the strangers. Does anyone know where they are, or what level they are?

I remember seeing them between Camelot and WD the other day, but when I went to check they weren't there. Someone else today said they thought they were near the hunters behind Cornwall Station, but I couldn't find them there either.

Any help locating these fiends would be much appreciated so that I can do my bit to help the realm out by ridding our fair lands of this potential threat! (well ok, I recently moved here from excal/hib and I'm broke and trying to save up for alchemy and spellcraft... but I thought the first reason sounded so much better )
