A distilled quiet chilled the gates of the albion mile wall, it unsettled the dwarf keeping guard. He had been out in this horrible green land far too long for his own liking, why someone else couldnt take over he didnt know.
He sipped a little ale looked about, then returned his focus to the gates. Those sickly wooden gates, they were so dull and boring, just looking at them filled the dwarf with revulsion for this land.
There was a faint hiss, a snap and then pain, he looked down at what he thought must have been a bite, instead a good 9 inches of arrow could be seen protruding from his ankle. Then he heard the second dreaded hiss and snap and collapsed to the ground with an arrow in his chest, dead.
Quietly the kobold moved, rushing to face the ranger that had felled the dwarf. Picking up his target he moved in fast and struck, at first the ranger was stunned and remained frozen tothe spot, then slowly started moving. The assasin pursued at a faster pace though slicing at the now unprotected back of his target.
To late the kobold realised his mistake, the pain was brief but enough to tell him he was in big trouble. Something had hit his back, an elf dressed in gold stood behind him, its weapons blurring as he thrust and slashed at the kobold.
The creature slowly fell, as Kaylin let out a mighty bellow. His eyes glowed with an unnatural light, his strength had returned to full, the battle was rejoined in full and this time there would be no mercy.

[ooc] seems as good a place as any to put mine [\ooc]

In the healing druid grove of Tir na Nog the Elven Eldritch Lianuchta lay among the oak trees, as he had done ever since that ram at Dun Bolg had hit him straight upside the head whilst he was manoeuvring to take out an Albion invader with one of his bolts 4 months ago. His head injuries were so severe that the druids of the grove were only able to keep him alive, but not to heal him any further. Nature would have to undertake the healing process by itself.

As time went on, the outlook for the reawakening improved significantly, and the druids decided that it was time to help heal the internal damage by replaying some of the more significant events inside Lianuchta’s mind and the help of the Arch Mentalist was called in to help out on this arduous task.

<Lianuchta remembers>

I was born or created (I am not sure…) in Mag Mell as the world of Prydwen was created. I noticed that a large amount of magical energy was coursing through my veins, and decided that I was best off in the Magicians guild and proceeded to practise my skills on the local fauna.

At my 5th season I chose the Path of Focus and specialised in the dark magicks of the Void. Soon after I met the people that were going to shape my destiny in this realm, as a group of like-minded adventurers formed a society destined to follow the lifting of the Veil and the First Wind. They were to be known as the Followers of the Primordial Wind. Many of the early Followers have since departed from this world for other places, but among the early members were Silver, Nedowiz, Kurrinos, Ghostbear, Aldain, Ione, Xest, Cerebus and Ingedil.

In the following seasons many an animal, ghost, tree or humanoid were slaughtered by the intrepid Followers. The most memorable hunts involved the mighty Ollipheists across the delta from Connla where the Followers realised their full power was largely augmented by working as a finely tuned machine. Occasionally forays were made into the dangerous frontier zones, but the forces of Midgard were significantly stronger at this point and most expeditions were cut short by mighty mages and invisible stalkers.

The Followers expanded into a slightly larger group with the addition of Mostly and Hardly and fought more and more dangerous critters. Their power grew and soon they were able to help the forces of Hibernia to mount ever more daring raids on the foul Midgardians and the Albion zealots. Soon after the Hibernian relics were recaptured from Midgard on a daring early morning raid.

More and more critters were dispatched by myself and my fellow Hibernians and soon I grew into significant powers and started to hold my own in the regular battles in the frontier of zone of Emain Macha, nearly obtaining the rank of Brehon before the incident at Dun Bolg. [\i]

<Lianuchta blinks>

I see movement, and it is not a dream anymore. Slowly I see the shapes of my friends coalesce out of the bright light. I blink once more. It seems as though I am in Tir na Nog. It looks as beautiful as I remembered it. My friends around me look older and wiser, it seems as though I have been gone for a long period. I sit up and look at myself in a pool of water. The ravages of my head wounds have largely disappeared, but something seems different than from what I remember myself looking. I look puzzled at my own reflection for a while, and then I notice. The magic that has kept me alive has changed me. No longer do my eyes course with darkness and my fingers are no longer covered in the frost from the cold Void. My eyes are full of energy and shine brightly in the middle of my now serene and translucent face. Bright sparks crackle between my fingers, and once the Moon rises I feel my power is related to It. No matter, I shall now have to set up to make up on lost experience, and continue my rehabilitation with my newfound powers. I am certain that the aggressive fauna hasn’t been controlled fully yet, and the Invaders are no doubt still at our doors…

[ooc] I am finally back. I hope to have more fun in Hibernia, and reacquaint myself with my friends and hopefully make some new ones. I shall see you all online… [/ooc]
