Return of the PUG Thursday 24th August

OK you know the format this is a sign up event for 8 people interested in planning to run as a random Pick up Group for one night.

Date is Thursday 24th August. Time 7pm UK time kick off and finish 10.30 +.

You will be expected to use voice comms Ventrilo or Teamspeak - I would advise everyone to have the following installed so we can move across servers on diffierent platforms:

We intend to have some relaxed fun and enjoy meeting people. I do keep a list of people we meet and we often bring them into our GG if they are reliable.

Although it is a relaxed event we will respect FG fights.

I also would request that if you sign-up that you do everything to either show or you tell us that you cannot make it. People who do not turn up make baby Jesus cry. It is seriously frustrating to try and fill spots when people cannot make it.

So please folks try to let us know what is happening.

A big thanks to all who turned up last night. I had a nice relaxed evening. We were a caster setup and remarkably competent. In the end logging with 30k and having had several nice full group fights was great fun (we won as many as we lost?).

The best part as always is sitting chatting and meeting new people.

Apologies but I am out of comission for the next few weeks because of work. I will kick this all off again later in September. As I said there is nothing to stop people runningtheir own thing. There is lots of interest.

I am also sorry for those who had signed up and it looked like we might have had a second group. In the end that just didn't materialise especially since we seem to be awfully short of Bards right now.
