i used to think albs was stupid. tonight i got a different view.
3 fg mids camping htk in odin's, and 1 fg camping hmg.

too afraid of going emain cause they lack skills even more then the random albs there.

its so ridicilous it isnt even funny.

Interesting, there used to be a bit in the rules and regs about cross-teaming and spying but it appears to of vanished, does this now mean we are permitted by GOA to play in several realms on the same server and pass information between without fear of account banning? I will continue to look as Im sure I saw it somewhere.

Okay, found it on the US rules and regs. I remember it being on the GOA ones at some point also but doesnt appear to be there anymore.

18. You may NOT cross-team spy. This means you are not allowed to have characters in different realms on the same server (usually used for the purpose of spying on opposing realms). This includes characters on different accounts. However, we will not discourage 2 realms from cooperating with each other against a 3rd (commonly referred to as cross-teaming), as long as you do not act against your home-realm. While we want all 3 realms to wage war against each other, there are times when a little cooperation is appropriate. "Cross-teaming" in this manner is not a violation of our rules.

Happens everytime im like waiting for dem albs or hibs, then like a huge zerg charges throu and gets 100 rp's each, instead of us could have nice fight and end up with atleast 1,5k.. zzz :|

Seriously imo ppl can go where the f*** they want to. Its not up to you to decide where they are supposed to rvr. If you like emain-go there. Personaly i like emain too but if mids get owned there time after time, i don't do a /who odin's and then make a little idiot thread at BW and whine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Odin's is our frontier is it not? Therefore we Middies have more than plenty enough reasons to be in our own frontier zone stopping enemies from passing through and into Uppland or Yggdra where our youngsters are our playing or some of our middleaged statesmen are carrying out their epics (like my guild were when we heard of the Alb RR attempt).

Camping the TK isn't something I'd do, but I see no earthly reason why we have to open up our milegates just so you can come and play in our snow.

PS: On a more serious note, certain types of people will always head to Emain cos it's so much easier than RvRing in either Odin's or Hadrian's Wall cos it's more compact and less easy to move through and around it.
I've been to Emain twice, both times I've been killed by a zerg within 20 feet of the Mid TK.
At least in Odin's or Hadrians I get a chance to run round a bit before being zerged

at the entire evening the max hibs in emain was about 2 fgs, with exception from the dc retake. anyway 60 hibs cant beat the 120 albs.

Emain takes no skill at all to go to, just as long as theres enough of you, youll make RPs. As for your skillz, well if you had any sense, you would not have gone rushng through HMG before checking it out first, thats shows lack of skill on your part.

jesus, u guys cant get this spy thing over with right? im playing a bard cuz mid rvr sucks when it consists of 1 alb zerg and 1 mid zerg, gimme a break.

Well last night when I got to HTK about 11:45 to suicide there were 2fg of mids and about the same hibs, but your stupid guards don't attack ;-)

At one point there were 6 of us sitting on the hill some of them lvl 39 and at least 1fg of orange con to me (lvl 47) hibbies in the keep standing there being taken out one by one by myself and another thane ;-)

In the end we got bored and rushed the keep as it was bed time for us.. In all honesty I was there to suicide but waited in vain hope the hibs would actually rush us (and would have wiped us, they tried once and killed all but 4 of us then backed off...)

Last night was fun ;-)

Interestingly GOA disagrees with you here. After quering their standpoint on cross-teaming and spying I got this response: -

In the main we have posted news about this particular issue and let it be generally known that it isn't allowed. It is covered by this part of the CoC:

"Users are expected to show respect for one another, to contribute to the cordial atmosphere of the game."

However, I agree that it should be covered by the FAQ as a minimum, we will get it added as soon as possible. Thank you for pointing this out.

Hope they do something soon, as the game is intended to be played from one side only on regular servers, hence why the game prevents you from rolling up chars on more than on realm using the same account and server. As for your 'little sister' playing it, why bother stating it as one of your characters in your signature?

As regards the spy thing...

The CoC/EULA/ToS basically says, if you cut the fluff....

"We can cancel the account of anyone we feel like at any time".

The reason they, on the whole, do not go around doing this on a whim is because it loses them customers, and pisses off everyone else if done without good reason.

But what we do know is that they have banned people for spying. So I'd be inclined to be careful if you are running accounts on different realms/same server.
