Retarded Harpy Jewel quest

i've done this on bard and hero now.. both times i didn't get the jewel.. am i doing something wrong??

phew finally on the 3rd char i got Bunch of Harpy feathers.. fucking wanky lame arse quest! appeal to GOA imo.. i already did

I had the same problem the first time i tried this quest, however, the first time i camped one pillar only.

Second attempt i decided to roam different pillars and /forage at each until i recieved one bonus item, this worked for me.

Just gota keep going till u get all 7 parts (4 for quest , 3 for subquest).

Really easy, just forage at same tower for like 10 mins

bunch of harpy feathers isnt found always, done it 3 times had it on 2 chars only
didnt do anything wrong on the 3e
and u dont need to go to all pillars, one is enough

bard and chanter had each 3 bunches so np for all my chars

Once you recieve the 4 quest items you can no longer /forage, thus if you don't recieve the talons (as you have to hand in talons 1st) and the feathers before getting the last quest item, you are stuffed :/

The jewel reward cannot be traded, but the harpy feathers and talons can. So your best bet is to find someone who has some leftovers. I think I still have some feathers in my vault.

prob is xan, when u have found the 4 items required for shit armour, u cant forage any more. and i did that on first 2 attempts at thie quest.
