Restoring chars

I recently deleted a char to go to another realm but I regreted it... how do I contact GoA-Mythic (or whoever I can) so that I can restore my old char back? Rightnow?

to use RightNow

Goto http://daoc-goa.com/en

Click the Support button on the top right of the page

Log in using your game details

Click the option 'Find Answers' which will open the FAQ page

Choose any FAQ and click

When the FAQ opens a new tab will appear on the top which says 'Ask a Question'

Open the Ask a Question Tab and it will give you a web form.
