Do GoA restore chars on sundays?

and my right now didt work with game pass so i used my bb acc to right now

i gave them time date when it happened, how many plats, and wich guild, char slot.

vill they reply?

afaik they don't work on weekends...

It will get done tomorrow when we are back in the office. Additionally if you have two game accounts registered to the same email account you still only have one RightNow account so always try the alternate game log in if you can't get the first one to work. You didn't mention if you listed the server the deleted character was on and that is a VITAL bit of info!
