Greetings,

We are aware of the current lag problems on the Prydwen server, and it is in line for a hardware upgrade. I do not have an estimate of when it will happen yet, but we are actively working on solving this, the current state is not acceptable for us or for our players.

I don't get why they don't post that on their news section. That would at least make us, the players, feel like we are being taken just a little serious.

And, from an echonomic point of view:
Spend 5 minutes for Kemor to post this on the news site

OR

Spend 300x5 minutes for the RightNow CSR guys to reply with that answer ...

Really, share the information GOA - it is not that hard. I know it has been posted, that they don't give status updates unless there is something new. That is silly! With a quick note over the weekend that something had gone wrong and server lag was to be expected, many frustrations would have been saved.

GOa sucks badly when it comes to information.

These last, what, 3 days?, have been unplayable, on mid TOA atleast. Nothing in the new about it....not a zip
