Went for 44+7 slash, 42+10 shield and 45+4 parry for a defensive armsman. The question is will I be affective in rvr or am I too dependent on defence? Will I be able to do enough damage? What you think? feedback pls guys, thx in advance

You'll be God in 1.53. Currently though, block/parry ain't working right in 1.52, so you're stuck as an RP cow till then.

It's "partly" fixed atm, the amount of blocks/parries have increased i believe, will just increase abit more in the next patch.

Slam is great, 9 second to spank someone is not to be taking lightly, specially when it's a pure tank doing teh spanking

I went for almost the same specc, 50 shield 44 thrust 37 parry, and I feel that I am alot more valuable now than when i was specced in polearm. My guard works wonders, I can stun enemies that try to get our casters, already I block pretty much (real fix is in next patch tho) and I have no more problem with PBT's

Mac forget the glowy plus`s go get yourself a nice crafted bud.

I have glowies coming out of my butt m8, lava`s, magma,ellyl,and various others,handy for toasting marshmallows with, but not a lot else,when I slot my lavas I have plus 13 to slash and with the proccs not to to bad dam,but with my crafted oh la la type dam.
(unless of course you can pry Soulfly`s meaty beast out of him )

Next time you do a keep raid m8 try diff swords on the door,as each hit is pretty much identical to the last,mobs however are a less acurate way to judge damage as a yellow con could be 45-50.

Thanks for the input guys, pray tell who will make me an arcanium bastard sword at 100%? I got a 97% jamb and that cost me a fortune and hits like a feather duster but a quick one tho.

all fast weapons hit lightly, but it does the same dmg over time as a slower weapon ...(of equal dps ofcourse )
