Respec on ML

Hi im curently a battlemaster ml3, but considering changing to prefector, because of the fop.(very much needed in guild)
What is the respec stone called?
Can it bebought in housing?
If it can, whats the prizerange?

I assume you are warden since you have battlemaster/perfecter choices. IMO, perfecter is useless as warden in RvR. Battlemaster works a lot better in groups. Druids will be perfecters anyway so they have group cure disease etc.

i know that for rvr bm is best but i dont go rvr much, cant really relate to running out for 10 min get slaugtert release and then run back i never got rvr xp anyway doin rvr DF is more my thing only give xp to mid and alb.
