quick question... do resistances cap?

you get a cap of.. i think aprox +26% on any item adds... but if some1 casts a resist buff i believe it adds on to that

I got my body resist to 29% at the moment without skald body chant and am wondering if its worth going further with items. Point being i am fed up of being killed by minstrels

Cap on resistances is level/2+1 for both items and spells.
So at 50 you'd cap at 52% with max spells and items plus your natural resistance on top of that (if you have any)
