I got the updated GC version on import. Definetly worth getting, lots of new areas & crimson zombies

It is regarded as the worst one in the series by an awful lot of people, (not counting the god awful survivor games of course).
I'd probally agree
RE-make seems nice though... I have'nt had chance to play it much yet. Will reserve my opinion untill I have gotten into it more, does look very pretty though

The film was'nt that bad... well mebbe, well yes it was :/
Paul Anderson is just a complete fanny tbh, I'm sure the George Romero script would've worked right. Michelle Rodriguez was good. She more or less pulled off the hard-woman act, nearly as well as Vasquez in Aliens.
The bit with Milla Jovovich and her gravity defying fly-kick on the dog makes me cringe everytime I see it.

Shame I thought.
Event Horizon was a good film in my eyes with suspense, etc.
So for him to go on and make Resident Evil the WAY he did... no justice or taste in this world!
Though I hear his next project is Aliens vs. Predator.
Now I don't care what he does with that - by rights alone it will be wonderful

Yeah but that cool dude died there Especially after he'd done such a '1337' move to survive the first trap.

cube was crap, I felt ripped off about halfway through the film when I realised the plot was going nowhere and that the characters were all going to swap rolls by the end of the films.

Got RE:0 a few days ago, and it's my favourite so far (played all the RE games except RE:CV & the crappy gun survivor ones).
It's probably the longest RE game or pretty near. Defense weapons are now gone as are the magic chests, personaly I prefer this - you just drop items where ever you like, although I've left a shite-load of ammo and herbs miles back (as I'm pretty near the end).
The new partner swapping things ok too, although I usualy just take Billy (new character for this game) around, as he can take more damage and has a better handgun, plus if you take both, it's harder to avoid enemies when needed. There are quite a few puzzles that need both of them to solve and Rebecca is the only one that can mix herbs (Billy can push heavy items).
The only new weapon I have come across so far are molotov cocktails, I've only found it effective against one type of enemy, a new type of zombie that are a bitch to kill with anything else (except napalm rounds), they take 12 plus shotgun hits to beat them Also the bosses are a bit crappy until you get past the first three.
Controls are the same as before with the addition of the x button swapping between characters. Graphics look more or less the same as the last one, maybe a little more polished, more detailed, plenty of cut-scenes to forward the story. Sound pretty much the same as usual. Also you'll pass through a locations from previos games - mostly RE:2.

Also got Metroid Prime this morning , only played it a bit, but it is the best console FPS I've played since goldeneye. Nice graphics and decent controls (usualy why I avoid FPS games on consoles) & good gameplay.
