Residency?

I am a "penge" resident. But I see other people with different "residency". Can some1 shed some light? Cheers

Up to 29 or 30 posts = penge resident
30 to 99 = brentford resident
100 to 500 (??) = phnaargos resident
500 up = talks too much

I wondered about this too for a while until someone cleared it up for me. They've got it just about right above, but forgot to include the 1000 post mark - Earther I think it is.
