Basically you'd need to have no other chars from any other realm on the account on either pry or exc. I.e you can only have mids or albs or hibs at any one time, you can't have more than one unless you had more than one pre cluster.
Carefull there. I think after cluster came into effect your stuck in the realms u choose.
Thus you cannot have chars in two realms if you havent allready, and if you delete all your chars in one realm, thats it, you cannot enter the other realm.
E.G you had chars on alb and hib. you then delete all your hib chars, then you only have alb chars, you cannot make new ones on mid, even after the 1 hour cool down period.
