Ok, so we all know that having to reroll to get on the right server is annoying, but there is a way to cut it short.
Create your character as normal, choose your start town then you get sent to the pagew where you select your "Handle".
At this page (the one with the big white iceberg looking thing on it) press Escape, this brings you back to the main screen.
Select Delete Character and the next screen will show you what server your recently created character is on (removing the need to enter the game and endure the intro cut-sequence).
If it's the wrong server, then simply delete and reroll (When you reroll the select icons will be in the same place as the previous character including the name, so you can just click away to make yer character).
So, in short:
Create Character > Race > Face > Hair > Height > Job > Name > Server (Worldpasses only, otherwise just enter-through) > Select Start Town > OK > OK to Enter World > Handle select screen > Hit Escape > Delete Character (Shows what server you are on) > If its the wrong one then delete and recreate.
Hope this helps.
