Finally got round to renting this film. I have to say, if you want to see the most hideous and harrowing picture of real life possible, see this. On the surface it might seem like nothing more than "OMG DRUGZ ARE BAD!!!11 Mmkaay" but there's definitely more to it than that. Shocking and hard to watch at times, but also great. Oh yeah, and Jennifer Connely is hot, even* as a drug crazy whore .

Yeah, i thought it was a really good film, the soundtrack is also tops and was "borrowed" for all the LoTR : TTT trailers on the TV.

I initially rented it because Jennifer Collins is in it, and Jared Leto is a top actor, but oh my god it is harrowing, the porn type scene really bothered me.

While I'm on the subject of harrowing films - War Zone is the film that still bothers me the most, rent it, watch it, but be prepared to bothered by it years down the line.

So where you dissapointed when you got the film home and it turned out to be Jennifer Connelly?

It's a top film. Me and Damini watched it a while back and as the credits rolled by we just sat there in silence staring at the screen both thinking "oh. my. god.".

I also REALLY want the mix of the theme they specifically made for the trailers of LOTR: TTT.

Yep tis a very good film, highly depressing.

The old bid who played Jared Leto's mother got nominated for a top award (I think Oscar not sure). Thought her acting was outstanding.

Jennifer is lush, oh yes.

I consider myself a lover of all films but for some reason,that I can't put my finger on , I just really don't want to see this one.

I have emotional issues as it is.
